PRICES

The prices include all the services of Hotel Colbricon Beauty & Relax.

City tax not included, Euro 1,80 per person, per day to be paid locally. Not for children under 14 years.
No reduction for meals not consumed. The services not used will not be refund.

 

RESERVATION CONFIRMATION
 

The room is booked  with a deposit of 30% of the total stay. Before the deposit we kindly ask for written confirmation and a telephone number. (mobile)
The deposit can be paid by bank transfer or credit card.

ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE

The arrival day the rooms are available from 15.00. Please inform us if your arrival is going to be after 18.00 by calling +39 0439 68063.
Rooms should be vacated by 10.00 the day of departure. 

In case of availability we are able to offer greater flexibility with these times – don't hesitate to contact us if you have any particular requirements.

In case of delayed arrival or earlier departure we will charge the total amount of stay unless you have booked a cancellation insurance policy in advance. In this case we will comply to the policy conditions.

Easy pre check-in: in order to avoid long waits while check-in, guests are recommended to send by email their personal data before the arrival.
In addition, fast check-out is possible: we can send you the bill before the departure day.

 

LATE CHECK OUT

On request and according to availability it is possible the late check-out.
If you leave the room before 14.00  the surcharge will be 30% of the daily price, over 17.00 the surcharge will be 60%.

 

 

TERMS OF CANCELLATION

Any booking cancellations must be communicated by email.

In case of cancellation or changes made up to 30 days before the arrival day no cost will be charged. For cancellations or changes from 29 to 8 days before the arrival date the penalty will be 30% of the total stay. From 7 days before the arrival day 50% of the total stay.
In case of no show, late arrival or early departure 100% of the booked stay.

In January (from 10th) Ferbuary and March 2021 our terms of cancellation will be fexible:
 

In case of cancellation made up to 14 days before the arrival day no cost will be charged.
For cancellations from 13 to 7 days before the arrival day we give you the possibility to use the deposit for a future stay within 1 year. For cancellations within 6 days from the arrival day the deposit will be retained without the possibility of reuse.
In case of no show, late arrival or early departure 100% of the booked stay.
 

Any cancellation within the terms not allowed does not provide any type of refund or modification of the dates of stay.
 

 

TRAVEL CANCELLATION INSURANCE

To protect you from penalties due to cancellation we offer the opportunity to set a travel cancellation insurance. Ask for more information.



PAYMENT

The hotel bill can be settled in cash or credit card ((Visa-Mastercard-American Express)
 

 

PACKAGES

Packages and offers must be booked in advance. The prices are per person.
The vouchers and services provided in our offers and packages are not transferable to other people nor can they be converted to other services. In the event of non-use the hotel will not refund.
The services will not be refunded even in the event of unavailability of appointments due to late booking.


BEAUTY

For a healthy well-being we propose individual treatments and beauty packages visible on the Beauty page.
In order to find availability at the beauty center, we recommend making appointments when booking the room, also ensuring a 10% discount. (applicable to all single treatments)

Beauty treatment hours: from Monday to Saturday from 15.00 to 19.30 (morning and Sunday on request)


At the Hotel Colbricon we consider WELLNESS as the centre of our philosophy, a wellness that takes into consideration the individual requirements of all our guests which are looking for some time and space to relax and dedicate to themselves.

For this reason, we kindly ask for respecting scheduled appointments otherwise the duration of the session must be reduced. You can cancel them within 24 hours. Otherwise you will be totally charged of them.

About the Covid-19 situation, our team is constantly trained and updated to guarantee the compliance with security protocols. 
Hygiene and safety tips will be assured to all our guests during the stay.
 


HOTEL SANITATION

The Hotel will regularly be sanitized and purified by certified products and instruments able to ensure rigorous hygiene measures.
 

 

BEAUTY & RELAX
 

It will be possible to guarantee the use of the wellness center by reservation in two time slots:
from 15.30 to 17.00 and from 17.30 to 19.00.
 

We recommend setting the desired shift already when booking the room.
 

 

PETS 
 

On written request and in some type of rooms we accept dogs (based on hotel availability: maximum 3 in the same period). 
They are not allowed in common areas (restaurant, bar and spa). 

The daily rate is 20 Euro for cleaning and sanitizing the room.
 

We kindly ask to bring your friend's personal cover with you. In case of damages caused by your dog, you will be totally charged of it.
 

 

COMPLAINTS
 

If something does not go well let us know immediately. We will do our best to satisfy all your request and to remedy the situation.
