No alarm clock, just a delicious breakfast buffet that awaits you from 7.30 a.m. to 10 a.m. Say good morning to the Pale di San Martino massif and then head towards our restaurant. Here, you’ll find a wide selection of sweet delicacies, such as jams, biscuits, cakes, cereals, honey, and much more. If you’d prefer something savoury, you can simply order it from the waiters: crêpes, eggs, sausages, pancakes, and more freshly prepared for you. And to drink? Your choice of coffee will be served to you directly at your table. It’s all included in the rate.

Before dusk, admire the pink shades on the Pale di San Martino massif one last time. As this show comes to an end, another one begins in the dining room. The lights come on, and the exquisite à la carte dinner of our half board is about to start. A greeting from the kitchen, a buffet of fresh and grilled vegetables, a wide choice of first courses, main courses featuring fish, meat or vegetarian options — including local and Mediterranean dishes, as well as the possibility to always choose simpler options, and desserts. In addition, you’ll also find the bread and cheese buffet: Whatever you fancy, our menu is always satisfying – and with the right wine pairing, it becomes a divine experience.
