Booking and deposit
After booking your room, you’ll be asked for written confirmation by e-mail and for a telephone number. Afterwards, a deposit (30% of the stay) can be paid by bank transfer or credit card to make the booking binding.

Breakfast
Start your day off right with our breakfast in the dining room from 7.30 a.m. to 10 a.m.
Sweet delicacies and a corner with organic products: at our buffet you’ll find jams, croissants, cereals, fruit, cakes, pastries, and much more.
If you prefer cold meats, eggs, sausages, and other savoury dishes, you can order them at the table and we’ll prepare them freshly for you.
Coffee will be served directly at your table.
Cancellation of spa treatment
We accept cancellations up to 24 hours before the agreed date and time, after which the booked treatments will be charged to your final bill.

Check-in and online pre-check-in
Your room or suite will be available from 3 p.m. on the day of arrival. Should you plan to arrive after 6 p.m., please let us know by calling +39 0439 68063.
We recommend that you complete the pre-check-in online and provide us with your details from the comfort of your own home to avoid long waits on arrival.
Check-out and late check-out
On the day of departure, please vacate your room by 10 a.m.
Late check-out is possible on request and subject to availability.
For late check-out before 2 p.m., there’s a surcharge of 30% of the daily rate.
For late check-out from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m., a surcharge of 60% is required.

Dining room dress code
We kindly ask you to dress appropriately for the elegance of the setting.
Shorts and sandals are NOT allowed.
Dinner
The day ends on a high note with our à la carte dinner, served in the dining room from 7.30 p.m. to 9 p.m.
The dinner menu includes a greeting from the kitchen and a choice of three first courses, two main courses (meat, fish, vegetarian), a vegetable buffet, and five desserts.
Electric car charging
At Colbricon, you’ll find a paid charging station for electric cars with two connections for quick and easy charging.
Food allergies and intolerances
In the case of special dietary requirements, we’re always ready to help you by finding alternatives or simpler dishes.
However, we CANNOT guarantee a total absence of contamination, especially in the case of coeliac disease.
Half board
It is possible to choose half board (breakfast and dinner) as well as all the other inclusive services.
No deductions or refunds are made for meals not consumed.

Offers
Packages and offers must be booked in advance.
The vouchers and services included in our offers are not transferable to other persons, nor can they be redeemed for other services. In the event of non-use, the hotel will not refund the service. Services cannot be reimbursed, even in the case of non-availability of appointments due to late booking.
Parking
You can leave your car in our outdoor parking, free of charge of course.
Payment methods
At Colbricon, we accept cash, debit, or credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard, and American Express).
You can receive the bill for your stay by e-mail before your departure to make the check-out quicker and easier.
Pets
You’re welcome to bring your dog with you, but only upon written request and confirmation from us.
Please contact us to check availability for the dates requested.
We would like to remind you that animals aren’t allowed in the communal areas such as the restaurant, bar, parlour, and wellness area. Thank you for your understanding.
Don’t forget to bring your own blanket with you for your four-legged friend.
The rate is €30.00 per dog/day. In the event of damage, you’ll be charged the full cost of the damage as compensation.
Smoking not allowed
Colbricon is a non-smoking hotel, so smoking is only allowed outside.
Spa treatments
If you want to find availability for the times and treatments you want, we recommend booking as early as possible.

Opening hours of the massage & beauty centre: from Monday to Saturday, from 3 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. (mornings and Sundays upon request).
We kindly ask you to arrive for your appointment on time or in advance, otherwise the duration of the treatment will be shortened.
Tourist tax
The tourist tax of €2.50 per person/night has to be paid upon arrival by all guests above 14 years of age (not included in the rate).
Travel cancellation insurance
We recommend that you take out one of the insurance policies offered by Care4uHotel: booking cancellation, 24-hour health care with reimbursement of medical expenses, stay guarantee with reimbursement in the event of an extension or premature termination of your stay, or outdoor cover.
Wellness area
Access to the wellness centre is included in the rate of your room or suite. It is only open to guests aged 16 and over.
You can access the wellness centre directly from your room with a sauna towel, bathrobe, and slippers.
